Managing all your travel details can be a challenge. Concur makes it easy to have all  your itinerary details i.e., flights, transfers and hotels stored electronically in one secure place.
Concur is like having your own personal travel assistant. It keeps track of your itineraries regardless of where travel was booked.  Additionally  with a subscription to TripIt Pro your travellers also automatically receive  flight alerts and can view alternate flight options. It even tracks frequent traveller point programs and monitors potential airfare refunds.
TRAVELLER PROFILES

Storing profiles on your travellers means that the booking process is quicker, easier and more reliable.
The profiles created are designed around your specific requirements. We can add, remove or change details. We can of course take note of any special meal requirements, seat preferences, class preferences and frequent flier numbers.
All data stored in our travel profile is fully secure and in line with all data protection guidelines.
Locate & Alert
One unique feature of Concur is that you can locate and alert any registered employee. This allows you to contact employees and ensure their safety in times of political unrest, natural disaster or if any unplanned situation arises.
Employees will also have the ability to check in on their Smartphones to provide their location and request assistance if necessary.
